Our tool guy keeps pushing these j2534 programming tools at us. Is this worthwhile work to do?

J2534 reflash tools are becoming more needed in the shop these days. sometimes a reflash of the pcm will correct a driveability issue. if you have the money, by all means get one. The iFlash from Standard is a great tool

I found some great info on my own as it turns out. the article starts with some AC info but quickly gets into some very good info about how to decide if j2534 is right for you.
